FuseGov is a Australian and American Company. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and disclose information through our Site and Services. It does not apply to third-party websites, products, or services, even when accessible through ours.

In this Policy:
1. "Site" refers to fusegov.com and its subdomains.
2. "Services" refers to all products we provide including FuseCatalog, FuseGuard, FuseAuthority, FuseEvidence, FusePolicy, and the FuseGov platform (Nexus and Sovereign tiers).
3. "You" or "your" refers to the individual or organisation accessing the Site or using the Services. If you have purchased our Services, we may also refer to you as our "customer".

How we collect Personal InformationWe collect Personal Information in three ways:

1.Directly from you — when you sign up, request a demo, contact us, apply to the Design Partner Programme, or interact with the Site.
2.Through your use of the Services —telemetry on how you interact with the platform (UI activity, dashboard usage, configuration changes, API calls).
3. From third parties — for example, partners, service providers, or publicly available business information, which we may combine with information we already hold.
What information we collectWe may collect:

1.Name, work email, job title, and the organisation you represent
2.Phone number and physical mailing address, if you provide them
3.Account credentials and authentication metadata
4.Information you submit through forms, support requests, or design partner applications
5.Usage data: IP address, device and browser metadata, pages visited, features used, time on page, referring sources
6. Configuration and policy authoring activity within the FuseGov dashboards
7.Telemetry and Evidence Data generated by your AI agents under governance processed strictly on your behalf as Data Processor

Your choices
Marketing emails: You can unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time using the link in any marketing email, or by contacting us directly. You will continue to receive transactional and administrative messages (account verification, security alerts, service changes) as part of your use of the Services.

Cookies and tracking: You can configure your browser to refuse cookies or warn you before accepting them. Some Site features may not function without cookies. We do not currently respond to Do Not Track browser signals, as no industry standard is in place.

Third-party advertising: We do not run third-party advertising networks within the Services themselves. Where the Site uses analytics cookies, you can opt out via your browser settings.

FuseGov may process Personal Information in Australia, the United States, Indian and other jurisdictions where we or our service providers operate.

Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

2.Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information
3.Request deletion of certain categories of information, subject to our legal obligations
4.Object to or restrict certain processing
5.Withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent

If you remove Personal Information, archived copies may persist for legitimate compliance and record-keeping purposes.
